VERY basic! Better options out there ...

As a urologist about to take my board certification in FPMRS, I purchased this book to add to my study materials. It is EXTREMELY basic and very editorialized in my opinion. I am disappointed. Mark Walters' book is significantly better and whether your are a urologist or gynecologist, I think the Walters book would be a better use of your time.

The Best Available text for Womens Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery

Fantastic book and pelvic floor surgery much better than Cardozo's multiple edition book. Superb layout and illustrations although jpegs are fair at best. Operative photography is in need of improvement to deliver the message better. But very effective writing and editing with many perfect chapters of practical interest. Would recommend to any attending in Female urology or urgynecology.
