Im nächsten Kapitel wird auf das Intranet, das effektivste Instrument der unternehmensinternen Kommunikation, eingegangen. Im praktischen Teil dieser Arbeit wird ein positives Beispiel für den Einsatz von Intranet bei der Fa. xyGmbH vorgestellt.
